Auria is a leading global supplier of highly-engineered systems for automotive flooring, acoustical, thermal, aerodynamic and other fiber-based solutions for gas and electric vehicles.With U.S.Based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 3,900 people worldwide.We are seeking an experienced SR HRIS Specialist to support and maintain HR systems and assit with automation, integration and configuration of core HR processes.Serve as a technical point-of contact for users.General ResponsibilitiesSystem Governance and User Access- Partner with HR to ensure standardized global processes and configurations that result in accurate and secure dataManage role configuration and related access flagsManage and enforce user access requirementsAssign user access and audit semi-annuallyMaintain and troubleshoot interfaces used to impact user access following employment status changesSystem Maintenance and Upgrades- Maintain and document system configuration and processesMaintain HR system org structure, objects, tables and picklist optionsAudit and analyze data to ensure data integrity / accuracyCustom Interfaces and Secure FTP Reports- Configure and maintain secure FTP reportsTroubleshoot issues with custom interfacesCoordinate with Dayforce and key stakeholders to develop new or change existing custom interfacesUser Support, Documentation and Training- Develop and conduct training for new usersProvide training and documentation on new processes or functionalityDevelop user procedures, guidelines and documentationProvide troubleshooting assistance to resolve user issuesResearch system issues and coordinate with vendor support for resolutionComplete super-user central tasks / data entry and data importsAssist with vendor data inquires and issue resolutionData Analytics and Reporting- Write and maintain a variety of standard and custom reportsReport on data for audits, management, stakeholdersPayroll Vendor Relationships and Support- Manage vendor access to Auria's HR systemsAssist with resolution of IPO / SD Worx issuesMaintain and troubleshoot imports / exports between Dayforce and IPOImplementation Projects and Configuration Changes- Lead or serve as a key contributor for HR-related system implementationsManage deliverables and open issues for system configuration changes and new feature activationsOther Duties as AssignedCompetenciesStrong / Proficient English speaking and writing skills requiredExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong data analysis capabilityProficiency in HRIS software (Dayforce preferred)Experience3-5 years of experience in HRIS role preferredEducationBachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field preferredRequirementsTravelAbility to travel up to 25% of the time to supported plantsPhysical RequirementsMust be able to fully comply with all applicable safety requirements and policiesWhat you will gain as a part of the Auria TeamCompetitive salaryBenefits and perks above the lawProfessional developmentsHealthy work environment#J-*****-Ljbffr
