In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities by identifying and nurturing prospective clients within the Mexican market. Your efforts will support the growth and expansion of our services, strengthening our position within the logistics and freight management industry.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to identify qualified sales leads in alignment with company objectives.Conduct research and analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales approaches.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and professional engagement.Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless follow-up and conversion of qualified leads.Manage customer information and sales activities using CRM systems to track progress and forecast results.Participate in business development meetings and contribute insights to refine sales strategies.Represent CEVA FM Mexico at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and business reach.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in sales development, business development, or related fields preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or freight management sectors.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English highly desirable.Strong research and analytical abilities to identify market opportunities and customer needs.Proficiency with CRM software and sales automation tools to efficiently manage leads and sales activities.Self-motivated and results-driven with a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining autonomy in managing responsibilities.Familiarity with the Mexican business landscape, especially in the Apodaca-Monterrey region, is advantageous.About CEVA FM Mexico:CEVA FM Mexico is part of a global logistics company dedicated to providing innovative supply chain solutions.
