Descripción y detalle de las actividadesResponsible for creating and monitoring production plans that align with customer needs.Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure that sales objectives are met.**Responsibilities**:- Develop production plans with a four-week visibility, ensuring alignment with customer demand.- Monitor sales order shipments to prevent late deliveries to customers.- Track the progress of production plans.- Prepare and present reports on on-time deliveries.- Generate reports on Capacity vs. Demand and Waterfall analysis.- Negotiate "pull-ins" and "push-outs" of sales orders with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).- Provide delivery commitments for late orders.- Monitor and analyze demand trends and notify of unauthorized changes within lead time using Capacity vs. Demand Report and Waterfall tools.- Prepare reports on material shortages and identify impacts on sales, production plans, and customer shipments.- Create projections for overdue orders with a four-week visibility.- Request and monitor special crossings of urgent orders.- Meet with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to discuss production plan progress, analyze potential quality issues, raw materials, or processes, and propose solutions.- Notify CSRs, area managers, and planning managers about projected orders to be sent after the committed date.- Coordinate with the Purchasing department to ensure adequate inventory levels.- Work with Receiving and Shipping departments to ensure their activities support production plans and customer requirements.- Interact with Customer Service areas to ensure that sales orders are correctly created in the system and that there are no issues for timely shipments.Experiência y requisitos**What You Need to Join Our Team**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.- Proficient in English- Experience in inventory management and material planning.- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.- Familiarity with Oracle.- Ability to manage priorities effectively.- Strong decision-making skills.- Team-oriented mindset.- SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) experience.- Demand analysis skills.If you meet the requirements and are ready for the challenge, we invite you to applyWe look forward to meeting you soon and having you join our team to achieve new goals togetherBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- Fondo de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos- Caja de ahorro- Bono de Puntualidad y Asistencia**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Planeación**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Mixto**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Intermedio, Escrito: Intermedio**Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
