Creative Manager

**About the Role**:As Creative Manager you have to make sure that the communication, design resources, and processes are launched rapidly and have high-quality solutions for our internal and external stakeholders creating a user-centered experience for all customers throughout our value proposition.This role leads the visual & graphic foundations for the brand across all campaigns & channels, developing master graphics, key visuals, creative campaigns, and content to build brand value for print and digital media.The Creative Manager has to ensure that the layout and design are aligned with Beek's brand and production guidelines and standards.The Creative Manager is also in charge of the internal and external communication strategy, leading the strategic process from the concept/ideas to execution.There are some internal stakeholders you must work with to deliver the accurate type of materials they need.As this is a manager's role the Creative Manager must ensure the designers have the tools and skills required to produce unique and high-impact materials.You will collaborate with the CEO, People Ops, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Content leaders to define and ensure a consistent brand experience and ensure the design success of the company.**Responsibilities include**:- In charge of executing and defining Brand guidelines to spread out the communication requirements.- Ensures that projects and department milestones are met and adhering to approved budgets.- Ability to inspire and engage cross-functional teams, and drive from ideation to execution of quality brand design solutions, directly executing them or working with external partners.- Collaborate across multiple teams to drive projects to completion- Launch fully integrated brand campaigns for creators, listeners, and internal departments- Track and evaluate finished designs for feedback.Including filtering through Product Design, User Research, and Usability Testings to create an overall picture of how well the design performed- Responsible for learning, understanding, and integrating new visual design treatments and technologies.- Sell strategic thinking and creative concepts to executive-level internal and external stakeholders- The Creative Manager will own the Design Process, Design Principles, Design System, and Beek's Branding.**Technical skills**:- Should be a super talented and hands-on Designer to develop packaging, graphic toolkits, key visuals, mockups, concepts, and presentations for 360 design solutions as well as craft design briefs for outside partners and agencies.- Effectively communicates (verbally and written) with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.- Exceptional design skills, including layout, typography, video, motion, design patterns, and copywriting- Should have a mastery level of understanding of the Adobe Suite with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.- Strong understanding of digital and social platforms as well as their use within marketing- Should display exceptional typography and layout skills with attention to detail.**Leadership skills**:- Strong leadership skills proving in-depth experience leading teams and designers to develop successfully the graphic and creative production of campaigns.- Proven ability to work across teams and synthesize input from marketing, product management, sales, market research, and internal and external partners- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet aggressive deadlines- Nurture a positive, creative, and inclusive atmosphere that encourages collaboration, boldness, and constructive and respectful feedback.- Actively lead, teach and inspire the team to reach new levels of excellence in customer experience.**Qualifications**:- +5 years of experience in Design, digital advertising, and related areas as an individual contributor and +2 years leading or managing a design team.- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Art or Graphic Design- Portfolio demonstrating big thinking that can extend into any medium- Customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player- Advance English**Bonus if**:- 3D and motion skills are nice to have.- Desired knowledge of Premiere Pro, After effect, - Dreamweaver, and 3d Software.
