Project Financial Analyst

**Job Purpose**:Responsible for working closely with Finance, Operations and other department teams to collect, analyze, compile and design reports based on Metrics and KPI's to help guide and understand the proven factors that drive critical business decisions consistent with Company policy and performance standards.Analyze trends to inform management.Supports planning and budgeting systems and general / cost accounting functions.**Responsibilities**:- Regularly examine data reports for improved accuracy.- Analyzes expenses and cost transactions; ensures that transactions are recorded accurately and assigned to the appropriate projects and departments.- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports.- Create business reports that provide insight to key data points.- Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends.- Assist in developing analytical tools and programs- Examine data to help with reducing costs in all operations.- Month-end analysis reports to analyze our Monthly cost.- Stay up-to-date on project budgets and project spending.**Personel Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or Engineering)- High Degree of analytical and research skills- Advanced knowledge with relevant computer software including Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts.- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers.- Minimum of two 2 years' experience associated with Reporting and Analytics.- Knowledge of effective business practices- Advance (90%) proficiency in English- Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish- Manufacturing experience is a plus- Aptitude to succeed in a stressful and deadline-oriented environmentTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horas- Turno matutinoPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Piedras Negras, Coah.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Ingles avanzado (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 75 % (Deseable)
