DIE POSITION - Darum geht es bei unsIn Ihrer zukünftigen Position als Software/Application Analyst (m/w/d) zeichnen Sie sich durch Ihre Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen und teamorientierten Arbeit aus und sind motiviert, kontinuierlich unsere Kunden bei der Softwarenutzung zu unterstützen.DIE AUFGABEN - Damit bewirken Sie etwasSie unterstützen und helfen unsere Kunden bei auftretenden Fragen und Problemen.Sie arbeiten gerne mit interdisziplinären Teams, wie dem Projektmanagement oder der Produktentwicklung zusammen, um qualitative Lösungsvorschläge zu erbringen.Sie führen Schulungen zu verschiedenen technischen und produktbezogenen Funktionen durch und helfen somit die Nutzung der Software beim Kunden zu verbessern.Sie überwachen proaktiv Hosting- und Anwendungsdienste zur Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit.DIE ANFORDERUNGEN - Das macht Sie erfolgreichSie verfügen über eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich der Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung.Sie bringen Erfahrung im Bereich von Softwarelösungen mit, idealerweise in einem globalen Team.Sie verfügen über praktische Kenntnisse in SQL, Windows- und Linux-Betriebssystemen, IBM, DB2/MySQL.Sie haben umfassende Erfahrung mit C++ idealerweise Cobol, C oder AS400.Sie konnten bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Warehouse-Management-Systemen sammeln.Sie verfügen über sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch.Weitere Informationen unter: +49 67 42 87 27 0 #J-18808-Ljbffr
