Job TitleProduction Test Engineer, Chihuahua MXJob SummaryThe Production Test Engineer is responsible for the efficient operation of Trimble test systems at the production site in Chihuahua City MXPrimary Duties- Lead troubleshooting of test systems on the factory floor- Document issue recovery steps and communicate status to product teams- Communicate product Design For Test (DFT) recommendations to the product team- Verify proper operation of new test systems upon delivery and set up.- Verify factory Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) studies are implemented- Participate in yield improvement activities and provide feedback to test developers- Maintain test HW spare part requirements and communicate spares status- Review factory documentation in Spanish and confirm it meets the requirements ofTrimble's procedureAttributes / skills required- Excellent English and Spanish language skills (written and spoken)- In depth experience with PC setup, configuration, networking and peripherals- Proficiency with spreadsheet tools for data analysis- Working knowledge of Quality methods associated with Design of Experiments; gaugeR&R, process capability, Lean methods and statistical process control.- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and effectively in a teamenvironment- Ability to influence, lead others and promote necessary changes- Ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams- Available to travel internationallyEducation / Experience- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, Systems, or Mechanical Engineering orequivalent experience- Minimum three years of experience in electronic manufacturing/test environment
