Our people are at the heart of our success, and we are passionate about attracting and developing top talent across the globe.### Optimize supply chain resources, aiming to achieve the proposed service and inventory levels, generating efficient, tactical, and organized manufacturing plans within a defined timeframe.* ### Develop a weekly production plan for finished products and/or subassemblies that meets proposed inventory and service levels, balancing capacity, inventory, and available resources.* ### Balance demand generated by sales orders to meet agreed shipping dates.* ### Analyze and resolve the production plan, review and modify it when changes are required.* ### Review and maintain planning parameters such as lead time, order interval, and lot size for all products planned through MPS.* ### Prepare information and data required for the MPS meeting for the different product families.* ### Participate in weekly supply/demand meetings, daily production meetings, and Gemba walks.* ### Present reports and information required by management.* ### Act as Punta Estrella Guide within the High-Performance Teams system.* ### Prepare sales orders for finished products and components.* ### Comply with Tyco’s Safety, Health, and Environmental Standards and Safety Commitment.* ### Comply with Management Systems.* ### Comply with the ISO 9001 Management System.* ### Industrial Engineer, Bachelor’s in Administration, or related field.* ### Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials, 3 years in a similar position.* ### Knowledge of Supply Chain, MRP, MPS, and Microsoft Office.* ### Knowledge of Management Systems.* ### Knowledge of the ISO 9001 Management System.### ### · Comprehensive benefits package.### · Opportunities for professional growth and development.### · Supportive and inclusive work environment.### · Commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being.### · Engagement in meaningful projects that make a difference.### ### Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a condition for hiring, continued employment, or promotion, in accordance with its commitment to labor equality and non-discrimination.Your buildings have a purpose.
