Major technology company requests: Performance testerRequirementsDegree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.Advanced English proficiency.8+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing.Expertise in OpenText LoadRunner and LRC (Cloud).Deep understanding of end-to-end performance testing.Experience with client-side performance testing (browser-based analysis).Deep knowledge of performing performance test analysis via AppInsights.Proven ability to lead meetings with business stakeholders on NFR results and clearly articulate performance risks and improvements.Excellent coordination skills to manage activities between onsite and offshore teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.Hands-on experience with applications in Microsoft Azure environments.Decent understanding of how Power BI-based applications work.Preferred ExperienceExperience as a tech-leader is desirable but not mandatory; senior experience acceptable.ObjectivePerformance test lead with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end performance testing.The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in LoadRunner, strong communication and leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage client-side performance analysis, present results to business stakeholders and conduct discussions on the same.Work as a bridge between onsite and offshore teams, ensuring smooth communication, task alignment, and delivery timelines.Experience with Azure and Power BI based applications is valued.Working ConditionsHybrid mode: 3 days a week.Location: MTY, Santa María (Mexico City).BenefitsCompetitive salary: 100% payroll.Vacation bonus: 25% of daily salary.Christmas bonus: 15 days of base salary.Profit sharing.Savings fund: 4% of monthly salary subject to the legal limit (payable every 6 months).Food stamps: 4% of monthly salary subject to the upper limit set by Mexican law.Major medical insurance for the employee and their eligible dependents (spouse, children).Life insurance.Employee professional development through training.#J-*****-Ljbffr
