Materials ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Develop and implement materials strategies using Epicor ERP to forecast needs, optimize inventory, and ensure continuous production.Inventory & Logistics: Manage material receipt, storage, and distribution, including inventory control systems and audits, coordinate logistics and transportation for timely deliveries, ensuring regulatory compliance.Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop the materials team, fostering continuous improvement, operational excellence, and adherence to safety and quality standards.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze performance reports to identify trends, cost savings, and present recommendations to senior management.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: Minimum 5 years in materials management, preferably in the automotive industry.Skills: Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control, and relevant certifications (APICS, CPSM).Proficiency in ERP systems (Epicor), Microsoft Office Suite, and manufacturing software is desired.Language: Proficiency in Mandarin and Spanish OR English (written and verbal).Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per yearAbility to commute / relocate: Ramos Arizpe, Coah.Reliable commute or willing to relocate with employer-provided relocation package (required).Application Question(s): Are you able to have a fluent conversation in Mandarin?Work Location: In person#J-*****-Ljbffr
