Description The Opportunity Join Hitachi Energy and be part of a team that powers progress We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant (McAllen) to help design and optimize warehouse layouts, streamline processes, and ensure efficient operations. In this role, you'll contribute to maximizing space utilization, improving product flow, and supporting a lean, safety-focused environment. You'll collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to maintain smooth operations and accurate documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. How You'll Make an Impact Maintain and observe safety rules at all times. Enter data accurately into systems and operate scanners efficiently. Control documentation in reception and shipping areas. Report discrepancies in receipts and shipments to the Import and Export team. Coordinate inventory of consumable materials and manage document archiving. Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members. Support process improvements for warehouse efficiency. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Minimum high school education. Legal working age. Experience in data entry and file management. Proficiency in handling portable scanners. Knowledge of inventory counts and SAP system. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
