Se espera que el titular de la función facilite el mantenimiento de un entorno de control y riesgo operativo efectivo a través de la ejecución del proceso de Evaluación de riesgos y control (RCA), proporcione información para la identificación de los riesgos principales y emergentes, y garantice el cumplimiento del proceso de gestión de incidentes que permitan informes oportunos.Se requiere que el titular de la función de soporte a los equipos comerciales de WPB en todos los aspectos de los riesgos operativos, incluidas las auditorías y que trabaje en estrecha colaboración con las áreas WPB en su alcance, de igual manera que trabaje de forma colaborativa con otras áreas y funciones.Principales responsabilidades:- Administración de riesgos no financieros y controles en WPB en apego al FIM de Operational Risk.- Administración del marco de issues 1st, 2nd, 3rd LoD y Reguladores Locales a través del sistema Helios.- Gestionar y dar soporte a la función BSO (Business Service Owner).- Actividades a la implementación del programa NFRO WPB.- Atención y apoyo de requerimientos de información de Auditoria Interna/Externa, Compliance Assurance y Reguladores Locales (CNBV, CONDUSEF, BANXICO).- Elaboración de papers que son presentados en los diversos foros de riesgo para escalamiento de diversos temas relacionados con Non Financial Risk.- Apoyar a los equipos de WPB en el cumplimiento de las directivas internas y externas de la "Segunda Línea de Defensa", incluidas, entre otras, las funciones de Cumplimiento y Riesgo Operacional**Requirements**:Conocimiento y experiência:- Conocimiento del Operational Risk Framework.- Experiência en la administración y manejo de riesgos no operacionales.- Conocimiento del marco regulatorio, especialmente en el sector financiero.- Habilidad para resolver problemas y proponer soluciones alternas.- Habilidad para priorizar y trabajar en equipo eficientemente.- Habilidad para manejar Excel en un nível intermedioIndispensable:- Habilidad para comunicarse en inglés (escrito y hablado)- Comunicación abierta y trabajo en equipo- Proactivo
