Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Hands on responsibility for all SMT processing equipment including equipment programming, stencils and aperture design, reflow profiles, pick and place optimization, solder paste selection, and the SPC needed to ensure the highest yields, throughput, and lowest cost.-Plan and develop processes and capacity utilization strategy for SMT assembly operation.(Kitting, solder paste printing, automated solder paste inspection, component placement, reflow soldering, automated optical inspection, automated X-ray inspection.) -Manipulate data files to accomplish above (Gerber, ODB++, various CAD packages and 3D modeling; i.e. Solidworks, CAM350.) -Increasing productivity through the support and leadership of people, processes Thorough knowledge of NPI, DFM, PPAP processes, reporting and tools.-Knowlodges in design of Stencils and Pallets.-Drives continuous improvement in labor costs through waste reduction, production efficiency, and operations improvement.-Evaluates, implements, and monitors processes and operating systems for the manufacture of printed circuit boards.-Responsible for maintaining and improving factory processes and related metrics, such as production efficiency, cycle times, capacity, capabilities, and others as needed.-Provides "on the floor" technical support as required for critical process and product issues.- Knowledge in TH process, Wave solder, Selective Solder preferred.-Determines capital equipment needs and assists in the budget process for equipment, training, software, and equipment installation projects.-Provides technical guidance and liaison to product operations, assists the supervisor on new techniques and may assist in the determination of root causes of rejected parts and their disposition.Ensures root cause analysis translates into process improvements when appropriate.-Work in conjunction with maintenance department to stablish strategy and improvement in the machines operation.-Implement and manage real time SPC and Six Sigma for SMT line.Experiência y requisitos- Schooling: Engineering in electronics or mechatronics.-Experience: 5 years of experience in SMT.-English Language 80%.-Good oral and written communication skills.-Strong ability to identify problems, root cause and preventative measures.-Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.-Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.-Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and to deal with several abstract and concrete variables.-Finished career (mechanical engineering, electrical / electronic).-Competency with software programs (Microsoft products, AutoCAD), preferred SMT programming software, and placement programming skills.-Working knowledge of IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 preferred.OrganizaciónCreation Technologies Mexicali, S.A. de C.V.GiroMaquiladora (Export.)Actividad principalEnsambladora de todo tipo de objetos electrónicos.Número de empleados550**Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a.m. - 17:00 p.m.**Estudios** Carrera Profesional**Inglés **Hablado: 90%, Escrito: 90%**Sexo** Indistinto
