**The Role**MaryRuth's is a rapidly growing wellness brand committed to creating high-quality, plant-based supplements to support health and wellbeing.As part of our mission to connect meaningfully with our customers, our Performance Creative team plays a critical role in bringing our brand to life through compelling content and strategic storytelling.The ideal Creative Coordinator will support our Performance Creative team through excellent organization and proactivity.The Coordinator will work closely with video editors, UGC (user-generated content) creators, and the Creative team leadership to keep relevant workflows smooth and deliverables on track.This position will play a key role in maintaining file and document organization, logging creative assets, tracking submissions, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams and external creators.This is a remote, full-time (40h/week), temporary, hourly, non-exempt role with a compensation range of MXN ******* per hour.This role will start in mid-September and run through the beginning of January.**Responsibilities**- Asset Management & Organization- Maintain organized digital folders, file structures, and version control information across all video content.- Ensure all raw footage, edited files, and final deliverables are labeled and digitally filed properly.- Support editors by prepping and delivering needed assets for edits.- Content Tracking & Logging- Log and catalog incoming UGC content for use in performance marketing campaigns.- Track the status of edits, revisions, and delivery timelines across various projects.- Maintain a database of creators, usage rights, and video specs.- UGC Coordination- Serve as the point of contact for UGC creators submitting video content; ensure that creators submit videos on time and in the correct formats.- Communicate timelines, requirements, and feedback from the MaryRuth's team back to creators.- Team Support- Work closely with Creative leadership to support project timelines and creative planning.- Attend Creative calls and meetings and document action items and deadlines.- Flag bottlenecks or delays and work to streamline communication across the team.- Additional responsibilities as needed.- Some travel (
