Este es un rol híbrido, que ofrece una combinación de colaboración presencial y flexibilidad remota.Los beneficios serán cubiertos por el cliente.Mainframe AWS Support EngineerHybrid (CDMX or Guadalajara)FulltimeBilingüe7–12 años de experiencia en hands-on application development y soporte L3 o L2+ listo para asumir responsabilidades L3.Experiencia en COBOL (desarrollo y debugging).Sólido conocimiento de JCL, CICS, VSAM y otras herramientas mainframe.Experiencia con IBM MQ, DB2 y SQL.Experiencia trabajando con SDLC en entornos mainframe.Fuerte experiencia en troubleshooting de mainframe batch y procesos online.Experiencia dando soporte a clearing business y CCP (Central Clearing Party) : conectividad, clearing y client reporting.Exposición al uso de AI models en funciones de support.Conocimiento en AWS Cloud (EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, S3, RDS, DynamoDB / MongoDB) en contexto de support (deseable).Se tomarán en cuenta candidatos que cumplan con al menos el 70% de la descripción. #J-18808-Ljbffr
