Job Overview We're looking for a motivated, curious, and enthusiastic Product Owner to join our eCommerce team. Role requires knowledge of headless eCommerce platforms, a deep understanding of content management solutions, and the ability to prioritize and deliver features effectively. Day to day, this role is expected to love ecommerce and deliver quality features and capabilities that create a seamless customer experience from discovery to conversion and enable our brand growth. Your ability to identify challenges and creatively solve problems in a fast‑paced environment will not only be welcomed but celebrated. You will perform detailed requirements analysis, document existing processes, develop ideas for improving processes, gain consensus on these improvements, perform user acceptance testing and help with change management. Responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our eCommerce solutions. Ensure alignment between the product roadmap and strategic goals, adjusting as necessary based on feedback and market trends. Own the product lifecycle: manage the backlog and prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and technical constraints. Ensure effective delivery, implementation, and complete production validation. Develop detailed requirements for both internal technical teams and vendors. Work closely with those teams to ensure the developed features meet the requirements. Serve as the link between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clearly defined requirements, managing scope discussions, and providing project updates. Support the day‑to‑day processes of the systems; analyze results and recommend improvements; investigate issues or errors, and coordinate remediation. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings, and attain clarity and alignment. Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver features that meaningfully enhance our eCommerce platform's functionality and user experience. Perform user acceptance testing; facilitate the creation of test data to ensure modifications are properly tested prior to deployments. Update, implement and maintain documentation on processes and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years' experience in product management within an eCommerce environment. Proven experience with headless eCommerce stacks, specifically familiarity with Elastic Path Commerce Engine or similar platforms. In‑depth knowledge of content management solutions, such as Amplience or comparable systems. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Agile / Scrum certification or experience is highly desirable. Advanced English. Strong grasp of modern e‑commerce architecture, with experience in guiding successful tech projects. Leadership experience in project management for e‑commerce systems. Knowledgeable about the latest e‑commerce technology trends and their application in business. Background in overseeing technical projects from conception to completion. Broad understanding of various programming concepts, without needing deep technical know‑how. Commitment to quality and continuous improvement in project outcomes. Ability to lead and improve team performance and project delivery processes. Skills in coordinating different software services to work together smoothly. Self‑motivated, with a knack for prioritizing effectively in fast‑paced environments. Excellent communicator, capable of breaking down complex ideas for various audiences. A collaborative approach to work, valuing diverse perspectives and team input. Retail industry experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
