Warehouse Supervisor

As aWarehouse Supervisor,you will be responsible for overseeing the stages of the warehouse process, such as receiving, inventorying, packing, loading, and shipping our products. You will be responsible for managing the safe, efficient distribution operation. This position reports to the warehouse leader. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the reception, storage and assortment of materials, complying with the procedures of each of the areas efficiently, guaranteeing a safe, quality and on time service. You will be responsible for correctly managing material inventories through cyclical inventories, reviewing the income of physical raw material vs system and assortment to production in a correct way both physically and systematically. You will be responsible to analyze the results of the indicators of the area and, depending on their behavior, take corrective or preventive actions that help to meet the established goals. You will be responsible to measure and report efficiency in the different areas of warehouse and employee performance, in order to implement strategies and improvements that allow us to meet your objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's/Engineering Industrial, logistic or related. Experience in manufacturing companies is indispensable. 3 to 4 years of experience as supervisor. Experience in inventories. Knowledge of Oracle, WMS or related. Experience in managing unionized personnel. You will have benefits: Holidays, Health Insurance, Life Insurance.
