**Resumen del rol**:Como Prompt Engineer estarás al frente de proyectos innovadores y ambiciosos para construir una plataforma de comunicaciones basada en inteligencia artificial.A través de nuestros proyectos atendemos a clientes para desarrollar soluciones especializadas.Además, acompañamos el proceso comercial, iterando las versiones de los MVPs y demos para desarrollar soluciones que le vuelen la cabeza a nuestros clientes y prospectos.**Requisitos**:Nível de inglés: B2Español requerido: Sí**Tech stack (Imprescindible)**:- Python- Typescript- HTML- CSS- JavaScript- React- Herramientas de Open AI, como GPT-4, Copilot, Codex, DALL-E, CLIP, etc.**Tech stack (deseable)**:- Dart**Perfil**:- Profesional con al menos 3 años de experiência en el desarrollo de software, especialmente en el ámbito de la inteligencia artificial, el procesamiento del lenguaje natural y el aprendizaje automático.- Experto en el uso de los modelos y las herramientas de Open AI, como GPT-4, Copilot, Codex, DALL-E, CLIP, etc.Capaz de integrarlos, personalizarlos y optimizarlos para crear asistentes virtuales innovadores y eficientes.- Conocedor de las mejores prácticas, los patrones de diseño, las metodologías ágiles y la arquitectura de software.Capaz de crear código limpio, escalable, seguro y fácil de mantener y documentar.- Líder y un comunicador.Capaz de gestionar proyectos, equipos y clientes.Capaz de informar, asesorar y enseñar a otros programadores, tanto junior como senior.Capaz de entender las necesidades del negocio y del usuario final.- Un aprendiz constante.Estás al día de las últimas tendencias, tecnologías y avances en el campo de la inteligencia artificial y el desarrollo de software.Agilidad de adaptarse a los cambios y a los desafíos.Capaz de resolver problemas complejos y creativos.**Nível de reporte**:El rol de Prompt Engineer reporta directamente al Managing Director AI and Low Code.**Métricas de desempeño**:Serás responsable del desarrollo de soluciones basadas en AI en tiempo y forma.Utilizamos DORA metrics para medir y mejorar el desempeño de nuestros equipos.
