Senior IAM Consultant**Location**: Mexico City, MexicoWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior IAM Consultant to join our team.As a Senior IAM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advisory and implementation services for our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.This is a senior-level role for an individual with 3 to 7 years of experience in IAM or a related field to make a significant impact in a remote work environment.**Responsibilities**:Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions for clients, with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.Provide expert guidance and support to project teams and junior consultants in IAM engagements.Configure and integrate IAM products, including Sailpoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Savyint, Delinea/Thycotic, BeyondTrust.Conduct IAM assessments, analyze client requirements, and recommend best practices.Oversee user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management processes.Lead IAM workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for clients.Stay updated with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and industry best practices.Develop and maintain IAM documentation, operational procedures, and incident response plans.Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior IAM consultants and support teams.**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.3 to 7 years of experience in IAM, identity governance, or a similar role.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.In-depth understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and industry standards.**Experience with at least one of the following IAM products**: Sailpoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Savyint, Delinea/Thycotic, BeyondTrust.Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.Microsoft security certifications, CISSP, CISM, CISA are preferred.Vendor certifications from at least one of the following IAM products: Sailpoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Savyint, Delinea/Thycotic, BeyondTrust are highly desirable.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to work remotely from Mexico City.Join our team and lead our IAM consulting initiatives.
