Job TitleFinancial Data Analyst.LocationRemote.Language RequirementEnglish – C1 level.Industry ExperienceMinimum 2 years in financial services or consumer finance analytics.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with advanced expertise in SQL and Power BI, and a strong background in consumer finance analytics or experience working in analytics within financial services.This role will be pivotal in analyzing consumer loan portfolios, providing insights into lending business performance, and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large data sets, building intuitive dashboards, and collaborating cross-functionally with finance, operations, risk, and executive leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor portfolio performance, loan servicing, and collections.Analyze consumer lending portfolios, including client-level credit performance, delinquencies, repayment trends, and yield optimization.Deliver actionable insights to leadership on risk, profitability, and growth opportunities at a client level.Partner with operations, finance, and strategy teams to design KPIs and performance metrics for business units.Conduct ad hoc analysis to support executive decision-making, deal evaluations, and new product launches.Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across reporting systems.Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in BI, analytics, and data storytelling.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in consumer finance, lending, or financial services.Proven expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and visualization best practices).Fluency with SQL queries and relational databases; experience with Python,Rust, or R is a plus.Interest in leveraging emerging AI tools for advanced analysis.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.Work ConditionsRemote positionCollaborative environment with cross-functional teamsOpportunity to work on strategic projects impacting business growth#J-*****-Ljbffr
