**Project/Program Manager****Lead IT infrastructure projects as a Project Manager**, managing teams in **Mexico and India** and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.**Work remotely** in an **agile environment** with a **collaborative international team**.**Responsibilities**:- Oversee the development and execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring that deadlines, budget, and quality standards are met.- Define the program's objectives and scope, ensuring they align with the company's overall strategy.- Manage the interdependence between projects within the program to ensure no conflicts and objectives are achieved.- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues at the program level, implementing mitigation strategies when necessary.- Make informed decisions to resolve complex problems that may affect the program's progress.- Coordinate the resolution of conflicts between projects or teams within the program.**Requirements**:- 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.- 2-3 years of experience with Agile/Scrum- Technical background in infrastructure projects (Oracle DB, OS, Firewalls, Disaster Recovery, etc.)- Experience coordinating resources in different locations (Mexico - India)- Experience tracking project activities- Status reporting- Risk management**Soft Skills**:- Proactive, leadership skills, results-oriented, organized and planning skills, team player, empathetic, responsible, committed**Job Sector**: IT**Languages**: Advanced English (C1-C2)**Work Modality**: Remote**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm**Benefits**: As per law and above
