Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Management Specialist to join our team.As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and commercial aspects of our operations.In this role, you will analyze and evaluate the impact of promotional grids and trade activities on our business.You will also lead analysis to recommend and support the commercial team in managing, reducing, and optimizing trade spend resources.Additionally, you will ensure accurate management of Deflator accruals, monitoring balances against trade investment activities, and highlighting potential risks and opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure strict control of Deflator (Trade Investment) with full visibility by channel, retail environment, and customer.Lead analysis to recommend and support the commercial team in managing, reducing, and optimizing trade spend resources.Ensure accurate Deflator accrual management and monitor balances against trade investment activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.At least 5 years of experience in finance with at least 2 years as a sales controller.Fluent English communication skills.Strong change management capabilities and high self-motivation skills.#J-*****-Ljbffr
