Lead supplier benchmarking and supplier base consolidation for the Americas. Negotiate supplier terms and ensure alignment with JE global policies. Establish and manage regional supplier bases in line with IATF16949 and ISO9000. Support quality, cost, and delivery targets with escalation support as needed. Analyze commodity markets and propose savings and budgeting plans. Collaborate with global SCS teams and local purchasing stakeholders. Drive sourcing strategies in new product development and manage MOQs. Support timely payments, supplier reporting, and expedite materials as needed. Recommend and implement supplier selection and debar decisions. What We’re Looking For: Bilingual (English and Spanish) with ability to operate in a global and local environment. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 3–5 years of sourcing experience with 2+ years in Supplier or Commodity Management. Familiarity with commodity cost drivers and strategic supplier management. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint. Strong knowledge of automotive quality requirements. Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills. Bonus Points If You Have: Master’s degree in Engineering or Business. Experience in global supplier negotiation and alignment across regions. Exposure to supplier quality escalation and issue resolution processes.
