Experiencia requerida: 3 años en adelante Diseñar y construir soluciones de inteligencia de negocio para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Desarrollar dashboards, reportes y visualizaciones interactivas utilizando herramientas de BI. Integrar, transformar y modelar datos provenientes de múltiples fuentes internas y externas. Asegurar la calidad, consistencia y gobernanza de los datos en todos los activos analíticos. Colaborar con equipos de negocio y tecnología para entender requerimientos y traducirlos en soluciones funcionales. Identificar oportunidades de mejora mediante análisis exploratorios y reportes automatizados. Documentar procesos y mantener estándares de desarrollo analítico. Experiencia sólida en herramientas de visualización como Power BI, Tableau o Looker. Dominio de SQL para extracción, transformación y análisis de datos. Experiencia en integración con bases de datos relacionales y plataformas cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure). Conocimiento de modelado de datos, data storytelling y automatización de reportes. Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles y herramientas como Jira o Confluence. Inglés intermedio (capaz de leer documentación técnica y participar en reuniones globales).
