Location: Monterrey, México Expected start: November/December 2025 (subject to hiring timeline) Duration: 24 months Schedule: 40 hours per week Role Overview We are looking for a motivated, early‑career DevOps associate with a strong interest in software development and cloud technologies. In this role you’ll design, build, and maintain internal tools and automation for public cloud networks, contributing to features such as automated service delivery, real‑time network status reporting, cloud network monitoring, and automated diagnostics. You will work with a diverse, international team, develop backend REST APIs, collaborate with network engineers, and enhance infrastructure‑as‑code solutions and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities Support the design, build, test, and maintenance of native Python automation and observability tools for cloud environments (VPNs, subnets, private connectivity, load balancers). Assist in developing backend REST APIs to enable integration across internal systems and cloud platforms. Work closely with network engineers and software developers to translate requirements into practical solutions. Help enhance infrastructure‑as‑code solutions and CI/CD pipelines for greater automation and reliability. Participate in Agile team meetings; contribute to documentation, code reviews, and adoption of best practices. What You’ll Bring Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Programming experience with Python. Exposure to at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or IBM Cloud). Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tools such as Git, CI/CD, and infrastructure‑as‑code (e.g., Terraform). Interest in UI development or building dashboards (React, Next.js, Angular) or back‑end tools (Node.js, Django, Flask). Strong communication, rapid learning, and collaboration skills.
