Technician, Tool Maintenance

TAJCO is a Danish company and has started a new business in Queretaro in automotive industry - exhaust trims.We are looking for a new Technician in Tool Maintenance, that including **the main responsibilities**:- Support the team leader in executing daily maintenance tasks and ensure full compliance with plant rules, safety policies, and startup procedures- Carefully inspect tools and equipment before and after maintenance; ensure maintenance quality aligns with defined technical standards.- Accurately complete maintenance records, checklists, and related documentation.If issues are identified, initiate tool repair requests and report to the supervisor promptly.- Operate equipment strictly according to safety protocols, maintenance instructions, and equipment operation manuals.- Take ownership of tooling and equipment maintenance areas, actively supporting the implementation and upkeep of 5S standards.- Contribute to establishing and stabilizing maintenance routines and best practices during the early phase of the new site's operations.Any other tasked based on leader requirements**The key and mandatory skills**:**1.Have more than Two years of working experience in stamping tool****2.Must be capable of independently completing the assembly, testing and maintenance of stamping tool****3.Understand stamping equipment (debugging of punch machines and hydraulic presses machines )****4.Have the abilities of individual reading and understanding drawing.****Nice to have**- experience with start-upImportant skill is English at least level B1 - understanding, speaking.The new colleague will have an opportunity to go to China for training in our production plant (Ningbo).**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: From $20,****** per monthWork Location: In personApplication Deadline: 29/06/2025Expected Start Date: 01/08/2025
