Who we areGeotab ® is a global leader in IoT and connected transportation and certified "Great Place to Work."Geotab is a company of diverse and talented individuals who work together to help businesses grow and succeed, and increase the safety and sustainability of our communities.Geotab is advancing security, connecting commercial vehicles to the internet and providing web-based analytics to help customers better manage their fleets.Geotab's open platform and Geotab Marketplace ®, offering hundreds of third-party solution options, allows both small and large businesses to automate operations by integrating vehicle data with their other data assets.Processing billions of data points a day, Geotab leverages data analytics and machine learning to improve productivity, optimize fleets through the reduction of fuel consumption, enhance driver safety and achieve strong compliance to regulatory changes.What you'll doThis position reviews data for deficiencies and resolves any discrepancies and verifies all data and purges files to eliminate data duplication.How you'll make an impactPrepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.Process data by reviewing for deficiencies; resolving discrepanciesby using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team members / managers for resolution.Enter data accurately and keep data confidential.Verify data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.Data records management.Enter records for Investment Companies under supervision.Support Geotab global strategic initiatives.What you'll bring to this role1-3 years of general office, administrative or finance role experience.Quick and accurate keyboarding skills are required.Understand logical processes.Familiar with web-based databases.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve to well-judged decisions.Exercise a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.Excellent proofreading abilities.Able to work well under pressure and respond to fast changing priorities and deadlines.Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Excel.Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a flat organization.Fluency in both English and Spanish (written, reading, and oral)If you don't see yourself fully reflected in every job requirement listed above, we still encourage you to apply.#J-*****-Ljbffr
