We are looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to coordinate teams based in SMY GDL R&D Segment 1 products.He/she will be responsible for the internal organization of the train, moderating the PI planning and supporting the management of risks and impediments.His knowledge of Agile culture and the SAFe framework will enable him/her to act as a coach for the teams, while his pragmatism and knowledge of the automotive framework will allow him/her to adapt to the project's constraints (e.g. multiple stakeholders, compliance with automotive industry standards, etc.)- Organize and execute the Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies, including the Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync, Backlog refinement, I&A workshop and PI Planning- Act as a mentor for the development of the Agile/SAFe culture at the ART level, while adapting the processes to the team's specific requirements.- Support proper team setup based on know-how, skills and competency.- Plan internal enablers with the team to gain knowledge and work on innovations.- Drive relentless improvement- Assess the agility level of the ART and help them improve.- Act as a agile coach and support the agile transformation strategy for the Business Area.
