Agile CoachLocation : Santa Fe, Mexico City (Hybrid)Join Takeda's Digital RevolutionAt Takeda, our purpose is to create better health for people and a brighter future for the world.As a global, values-driven biopharmaceutical leader, we focus on innovative treatments across key therapeutic areas like Oncology, Rare Diseases, Neuroscience, and Gastroenterology.Our team is guided by values such as Integrity, Fairness, Honesty, and Perseverance, and empowered to make a real impact through science and compassion.Join us on our mission to improve lives worldwide.The OpportunityTakeda's Agile Coaches play a pivotal role in enabling the adoption and sustainability of Takeda's Agile Framework (TAF).They foster high-performing Agile teams, drive cultural transformation, and ensure effective delivery of business outcomes across diverse domains, including supply chain operations.ResponsibilitiesGuide Agile teams in adopting Takeda's Agile Framework through methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean, tailored to team and business context.Partner with Product Managers / Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members to enhance team dynamics, psychological safety, and delivery of customer value.Support Agile maturity assessments and continuous improvement initiatives across teams and departments.Facilitate change management practices to help individuals and teams navigate organizational transformation, resistance, and mindset shifts.Advise technical leads on team formation, capability building, and long-term sustainability of Agile practices.Promote Agile ways of working, identifying opportunities to improve flow, responsiveness, and cross-functional collaboration.Enable effective use of Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro to support transparency, alignment, and delivery.Collaborate with Functional / Chapter Leads to embed Agile / Lean principles into organizational structures and governance.Design and deliver learning experiences using instructional design methodologies to build Agile capabilities across the organization.Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.8+ years of experience in Agile / Lean environments, with demonstrated success in coaching teams and leaders.Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), OKRs, and Agile scaling frameworks.Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to adapt to different team maturity levels.Experience in organizational change management and navigating complex stakeholder environments.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels of a global organization.Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro) and Microsoft Office Suite.Business acumen and intellectual curiosity, with a growth mindset and adaptability to ambiguity.Fluent in English.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry.Industry-recognized Agile Coaching certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, ICP-CAT, SAFe SPC, Certified Scrum Professional).Exposure to DevOps practices and digital transformation initiatives.What Takeda's ICC OffersAt Takeda, you shape your own career path.By joining the ICC in Mexico City, you'll have access to cutting-edge technology, continuous learning opportunities, and a diverse network that supports your personal and professional growth.We offer :Competitive salary and annual performance bonusNon-capped food vouchers and savings fund contributionsComprehensive insurance coverage : life, medical, dental, and visionAdditional paid time offExtended leave policies, including maternity, paternity, bereavement, and volunteer daysAnd moreLocations : MEX - Santa FeWorker Type : EmployeeWorker Sub-Type : RegularTime Type : Full time #J-18808-Ljbffr
