Acerca del empleo¿Quieres desarrollar tu carrera en una empresa internacional con gran proyección en renovables?¿Te interesa formar parte de un equipo dinámico y multidisciplinar en crecimiento?En Enertis Applus+ estamos buscando un/aProject Manager PV-BESSpara incorporarse a nuestro equipo deIngeniería y Construcción, reportando al cliente del proyecto.¿Qué vas a hacer?Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán:Actuar como principal punto de contacto con el cliente.Coordinar estratégicamente los distintos frentes del proyecto asignado.Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios.Gestionar aspectos comerciales y contractuales.Negociar contratos clave (BOP, equipos principales, entre otros).Supervisar la construcción y puesta en marcha de plantas solares + BESS, así como la integración de sistemas y la gestión de calidad.¿Qué estamos buscando?Buscamos talento, no la perfección.Si crees que puedes aportar al equipo, aunque tu perfil no encaje al 100%, queremos conocerte.Formación académica:Ingeniería eléctrica o en energías renovables; formación especializada en diseño de sistemas fotovoltaicos e integración de BESS.Idiomas:Dominio fluido de inglés y español.Experiencia:Entre 4 y 7 años en ingeniería técnica solar.Experiencia comprobable en desarrollo y ejecución de proyectos a gran escala (utility-scale), preferentemente híbridos (FV + BESS).Experiencia previa con procesos de interconexión anteCFEyCENACE.¿Qué ofrecemos?Incorporarte a unequipo técnico consolidadoy referente en el sector.Contrato a tiempo determinadoen las oficinas del cliente, con buenasposibilidades de incorporaciónposterior.Participar en unaempresa en constante expansión.Horarioflexibley excelenteconciliación laboral y personal.Diversidad e inclusiónEn Enertis Applus+, promovemos un entorno de trabajo diverso, equitativo e inclusivo.Valoramos a todas las personasindependientemente de su género, edad, origen, orientación sexual, capacidades o creencias.Apostamos por eltalento sin etiquetas.#J-*****-Ljbffr
