Project Lead for Capital InvestmentsWe seek a seasoned Project Lead to oversee our capital investment projects and provide strategic support to manufacturing sites.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, effectively navigating diverse teams toward common goals.Develop and implement project plans, schedules, business cases, and budgets to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Manage the regional capital investment portfolio and facilitate the approval process.Identify investments needed to maintain business continuity, improve asset effectiveness, and ensure operational excellence of utility infrastructure.Lead cross-functional teams in different locations, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts in a culturally sensitive manner.Monitor project health and proactively address challenges.Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.Requirements :Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, Master's Business Administration preferred.7+ years of experience managing projects and cross-functional teams with a proven track record.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.#J-*****-Ljbffr
