About UsAt WeWork, we provide flexible workspace solutions to help businesses of all sizes thrive in more than 37 countries worldwide.The future of work is here, and we're not just a part of that movement—we're leading it.United by a desire to build a global community, our purpose is to give members the support to do their best work, and the space to take their ideas to new heights.Join us as we empower tomorrow's world at work.About The OpportunityWeWork is looking for a CRM anlyst to lead our global audience segmentation and data activation framework.This individual will oversee Marketing-owned databases and leverage our data to build and deploy multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Data, and Technology, and directly influences how we engage with prospects, members, and brokers around the world.As part of WeWork's global Email, App, & CRM team on the broader Global Demand Generation & Performance Marketing function, this individual will report to the Solutions Architect (United States based) and be a key cross-organization partner to the Marketing, Data Engineering, and Sales teams.On a daily basis, they will utilize Snowflake and Salesforce data to build audience segments and flows with dynamic data fields to power digital campaigns across email, app, and paid media.ResponsibilitiesMaintain the global prospect, member, and broker database audience segmentation framework for the creation and deployment of multi-channel digital campaignsLeverage advanced SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing data within relational databases, designing efficient schemas and ensuring data integrityManage data syncs to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ensure system is structured for optimized useManage WeWork's CDP (Customer Data Platform), maintaining the relationship and overseeing the technology, data infrastructure, and reporting required to support campaignsCollaborate with Data Engineering to define, implement, and optimize relational database schemas to support marketing segmentation, product analytics, and operational requirementsSupport global stakeholders on strategic planning, targeting, and implementation for campaigns across the customer journeyContinually identify new opportunities leveraging WeWork data to continuously improve the Marketing organization's impact and effectivenessRequired QualificationsBachelors Degree in Marketing, Data or related.Fluent in both English and Spanish5+ years demonstrated expertise in CRM data architecture, data modeling principles, or marketing operationsStrong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation within a data warehouse environment (ie, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.)Previous work in both CDP and CRM tools (ie, Simon Data, Salesforce, etc.)Experience in data governance, segmentation strategy, and dataflow optimization within complex marketing technology stacksA deep understanding of how CDPs and ESPs function in tandem to deliver campaignsExceptional attention to detail with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skillsFlexible self-starter who can execute independently and adapt accordingly to priority and project changesAbility to thrive in fast-paced environments with high cross-functional collaborationExperience with Marketing Analytics tooling (ie, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)Experience with CRM / Marketing Automation platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Incentive Compensation : WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role.Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role.WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment.WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.Life at WeWorkBeing a WeWorker is more than just a job.We believe the magic of work is sparked by the passion you bring, the places you go, the people you meet and the purpose you follow.And it starts here.Here you will brush shoulders with those who dare to dream and do.Here you will be welcomed by a community that embraces and inspires you—because together we can achieve more.Here we challenge ideas, and explore new ways of getting things done.Whether you are part of our Employee Community Groups, or part of a global project, we ask you to bring your open-minded attitude and collaborative spirit.In return, you will be part of a team where your unique perspectives are celebrated.#J-*****-Ljbffr
