Accounting Trainee (Accounts Payable)Propósito del TrabajoEl puesto de Accounting Trainee está enfocado en asistir al equipo de Cuentas por Pagar.Responsabilidades PrioritariasProcesamiento de Facturas: Revisar y procesar todas las facturas recibidas, asegurando precisión y pagos oportunos. Manejar los pagos semanales (check runs) y mantener comunicación con los proveedores sobre el estado de los pagos.Gestión de Registros: Organizar y mantener archivos completos, incluyendo estados de pago, recibos, facturas de servicios, cheques y transferencias bancarias. Asegurar registros precisos para fácil recuperación y generación de informes.Actividades de Reportes: Relacionadas con los documentos de proceso.Atención a dudas de proveedores: Reconciliar y analizar saldos de proveedores.Soporte al proceso de Cuentas por Pagar: Participar en reuniones del equipo de Finanzas.Actividades de Cierre: Apoyar en actividades relacionadas con el cierre financiero.Mejoras en herramientas y procesos: Trabajar para mejorar las plantillas de reportes, procesos y herramientas existentes.Carga de facturas en el sistema local: Cuando surgen problemas con el portal de proveedores, trabajar con el Accounts Receivable del proveedor en las consultas, entre otros.Conocimientos, Habilidades+Experiencia1-2 años de experiencia en cuentas por pagar, facturación o Finanzas.Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Contabilidad o Economía.Inglés intermedio para conversación.Dominio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.Excelente actitud de servicio.Alta responsabilidad y apertura para aprender.Atención al detalle.Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.Habilidades organizacionales.Energía y entusiasmo.Trabajo en equipo.#LI-Hybrid
