**Position: Psychologist****Position Purpose**The Psychologist provides comprehensive Psychology care in the community setting that assists patients to achieve optimum health and quality of life in situations of chronic disease.Is responsible for the provision and management of effective Psychology care to individuals and/or families in Patient Support Programs.The Psychologist works in adherence with the Policies and Procedures set by Axios International and works in accordance with established standards of Psychology practices according to local and international rules and regulations.**Duties and Responsibilities**- **Service Responsibilities**Based on the agreed upon services and workflow, the Psychologist provides skilled Psychology services in accordance with the orders of a physician and under a plan of care.Duties include but not limited to:- Perform psychological assessments, testing, and evaluation- Provide diagnosis based on assessments, testing, and evaluation- Develop and recommend treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnosis- Provide referrals when necessary for additional care, evaluation, or treatment- Coordinate patient's appointments and reminders- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other professionals to provide the best care possible- Coordinate with case managers about patient care- Complete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner- Ensure all services are completed according to relevant ethical and professional standards of care- Compile the necessary information in the program's CRM**Educational Background and Experience**- A BS Degree in Psychologist- At least 3 years working experience in a healthcare setting, treating patients with chronic diseases- Must provide evidence of local health authority license or eligibility letter- Good command of both spoken and written English.- Demonstrate clinical physiotherapy knowledge and experience in providing direct patient care**Job Circumstances**- The position is based in Mexico, doing remote appointments but some face-to-face visits could be required depending on the patient's status (not frequent)- Flexibility in ability to travel as well as working hours is essentialPLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN ENGLISH FOR REVIEW
