Join us and help shape the future of connectivity together. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Production & Infrastructure ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. Drive projects related to manufacturing infrastructure, capacity management, and equipment validation. Optimize plant layout, processes, and resources to achieve productivity and cost-efficiency targets. Ensure alignment with engineering standards and customer-specific requirements. Manage budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop, coach, and lead high‑performing teams across production and infrastructure functions. Qualifications Degree in Engineering or related field. 8+ years of experience in production, infrastructure, or industrial engineering roles within the automotive sector. Strong expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies, equipment validation, and process optimization. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, cost‑benefit analysis, and quality systems. Leadership experience managing teams and complex projects.
