We are looking for a strategic senior leader to oversee high-impact initiatives in contract manufacturing, technology transfer, and plant strategic projects. This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and drives alignment across Operations, Quality, R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Business Strategy. If you are passionate about leading cross-functional teams, transforming processes, and executing mission-critical projects within a regulated environment, this is a standout opportunity. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the strategy for tech transfer projects, dossier upgrades, and contract manufacturing operations. Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives including product launches, process optimization and tech transfer activities. Chair cross-functional governance committees across R&D, Technical Assistance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Finance, and Manufacturing. Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory standards and documentation requirements. Manage the enterprise risk register for strategic projects, providing proactive mitigation plans to executive leadership. Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams (direct and matrix). Prepare high-level executive presentations to support strategic decision-making. Manage relationships with third-party manufacturers, suppliers, and external partners. Drive the adoption of best practices, methodologies, and digital PM tools. Preferred: MBA or similar graduate degree. 12+ years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industry. 6+ years in senior leadership roles.
