Job Title:Senior Commerce Content Strategist----------------------------------------Job Description:As a Senior Commerce Content Strategist, you will be responsible for redefining and expanding the agency's content product by evolving from traditional social media and organic content into strategic, revenue-generating solutions that connect creativity, data, commerce, and performance.This role involves designing, commercializing, and scaling new content products aligned with client business goals — including Commerce Content, Performance Content, and Data-Driven Storytelling — to ensure the content operation becomes a key growth lever for both clients and the agency.- Strategic & Product Leadership- - Create frameworks and pricing models that enable scalable commercialization and integration into client offerings.- Translate client business goals into actionable content strategies that impact awareness, engagement, and conversion.- Incremental revenue generated by content products.- Margin improvement of the content division.- Adoption of new content products among top clients.- ROI and conversion metrics of commerce content initiatives.- Internal stakeholder and client satisfaction (NPS).
