**_OEC Group offers hybrid work, competitive salary, a full benefits package, opportunities for professional growth and so much more_****What We're Looking For...**Brokerage Department is responsible for the timely submission of entries to Mexico Customs in order to release freight.Serving as an integral member of the Brokerage team, the Brokerage Coordinator will be responsible for the filing of customs information with Mexico customs.Experience in customs brokerage, including classifying and scheduling cargo with Mexico Customs, is required.**About OEC Group**Established in ****, OEC Group is one of the leading NVOCC freight forwarding companies.We provide our customers with import and export services, as well as, door-to-door services for both international and domestic needs.We remain competitive by offering a wide range of logistics services, including: ocean and air freight, rail, trucking, warehousing and distribution, customs brokerage, cargo insurance and more.**About the Position**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.Other duties may be assigned.- ** Stores files or enters information** into ICHB and FreightStream with appropriate file number, brief information, voyage information and shipment date.- ** Requests commercial documents and uploads** commercial documents into FreightStream.- ** Coordinates with Entry Writers and Brokerage Manager** on files as needed.- ** Searches for and investigates information contained in files**, inserts additional data on file records, completes reports, and keeps files current.- ** Handles data entry and documentation**.- ** Manages daily tracing report**.- Implements changes to the filing system when directed to do so.- ** Review documents to check for accuracy**, including; piece count, the invoice matches the provided packing list and to ensure that they comply with the necessary customs regulations.**Work Schedule**GDL Office 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily._Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions._- English communication- Onsite availability for first 90 days**Education & Experience**Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of related work experience and/or training.University Degree.**Salary**Starting at 17,000 monthly.**Perks & Benefits of OEC Group**- Law benefits- After successfully completing a standard 90-day probationary period the employee is provided with the following benefits package.This includes:_- Medical Insurance Premium (Medical and Dental)- Vacation/Personal/Floating Days.- Annual performance review and opportunity for salary adjustment.- Annual bonus determined by overall performance.- Monthly food vouchers**Company Culture**OEC Group provides a fun, family-oriented work culture.We are a well-established company that is continually growing and looking for strong team players.We often host company outings such as team dinners, holiday parties, company picnics, and team building activities**COVID-19 Policy**OEC Group has implemented a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for all employees and new hires.After receiving a conditional offer, OEC Group will request proof of vaccination or an upcoming scheduled appointment.**OEC Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.**E3ySLhdivn
