**We open up your world with every drive**Would you like to work on the development of roof systems for future car models together with some of the market leaders in the automotive industry?Inalfa Roof Systems is a world leading supplier for OEM automotive roof systems and still growing strong.Are you ready to grow with us?**Required Schooling**:- Industrial engineering- Logistics Engineering- Bachelor's Degree in International Trade**Required Experience**:- Experience of 2 years in the position.- Preferably experience in Automotive Industry.**Required Knowledge**:- Planning of materials.- ERP.- Those applicable to management systems- Suppliers portal- Production scheduling.- Just in time- Right in Sequence**Language**:- Advanced English**Responsibilities**:- Generate through the INFOR LN system the raw material requirements in relation to the MPS, which is based on customer demand.- Follow up on raw material in transit.- Coordinate the transportation method for the raw material, periodically generating the collection plan for each supplier.- Maintain inventory levels according to the objective of the plant.- Follow up on the consumption of the components requested in the production lines.- Make the coverage report on a daily basis, from INFOR LN and immediately report and escalate any critical component.(critics report).- Coordinate follow-up meetings with suppliers that present delays in their planned deliveries or that report risks in future deliveries.- Notify suppliers of variations greater than 15% up or down, ensuring that the new requirements can be met without jeopardizing the operation of both plants.- Follow up with suppliers on discrepancies in deliveries, whether in quantity, dates, documentation, labeling, ASN shipment or any deviation from the aspects indicated in the Inalfa Logistics Manual.- Follow up on test material requirements and/or new projects Evaluate, Identify and update the MPS module in the company's ERP such as:a. Execution of MRP in system.b. Maintenance of MRP parameters, taking care that they are updated when there are engineering changec.
