PositionHybridFull-timeSenior Sales ExecutiveLocation: Mexico (CDMX)Department: VentasCompany OverviewIsotrol is a worldwide market leader in Energy Market Trading Software Solutions and Renewable Power Plant Control Solutions.We help companies in the renewable energy sector transform efficient renewable power plant control solutions ideas into software solutions realities.We have been powering the largest energy companies for over three decades, managing more than 100+ GWTs across the globe.And what is most exciting about it is that this is only the beginning.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the commercial plan in an assigned geographic segment, in this case LATAM, establishing the action plan.Leading the negotiation of new contracts in all aspects, with the support of the Offers department.Conducting sales visits and presentations of the company and its services.Participating in the specific marketing actions of the Unit, in collaboration with the Marketing Department.Generating new opportunities.Once the opportunity has been captured, it will be transferred to the Offers Department following the established procedure.Managing the growth within the assigned accounts, supported by the Project Managers and the Bid Department.To do so, you will establish an account plan of the main opportunities that will be transferred to the rest of the unit's team (commercial and operational).Attendance to different Fairs and events to promote our brand and our network of contacts.Requirements and SkillsStrong sales experience, with a "hunter" profile, in the Renewable Energy sector.Ideally, experience selling Control Systems, SaaS platforms and renewables.Ability to analyze the environment (PEST, competitors, customers, products).Good communication skills in English.Ability to work with clear objectives.Engineering degree preferred.If you have any reasonable adjustment needs arising from a disability or medical condition to fully participate in the recruitment process, please discuss this with the recruiter who contacts you.#J-*****-Ljbffr
