SchedulerLAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Scheduler for a short term project in Hermosillo, Mexico.Job Duties and Responsibilities:As a member of a professional program planning team, the selected candidate must have experience with the scheduling discipline, as well as the leadership qualities necessary to foster collaboration among executive management, team members, and the programs they support.Advocate for team and products, ensuring business rhythms support skills and time to generate metrics and forecast abilities.Ensure major projects, program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups.Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, Earned Value Management (EVM), and other project management techniques to assess progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives.Ensure schedule products are compliant with latest Government, Corporate and Sector requirements, and cover gaps in process/knowledge within the team organizational structure.Implement scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to: Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), Schedule Performance Analytics and Schedule Health AnalysisDrive change management and ensure adoption and acceptance of change (i.e., analytics, process, innovative efficiencies).Work effectively in a team of program schedule analysts and reporting managers in Bi-Lingual environment (English Spanish)Qualifications and requirements:Must speak fluent SpanishBachelor's degree + 9 years related experienceor 13 years of related experience in lieu of degreeExperience directly related in Project Schedule and control required.The primary tool utilized will be MS Project Server.Familiar with Earned Value Management (EVM) practices, Project Planning/Coordination and Production Scheduling.Be able to work within tight deadlines and multi-task various projects in an organized manner required.Prior Experience in engineering and operations/manufacturing environment.Military contractor / Aerospace & Defense industry background is preferred.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status.Why Choose LAUNCH?A team of aviation staffing experts leads LAUNCH.We understand the challenges of finding the top aviation jobs and we focus on linking you with the best openings in the most sought-after locations.LAUNCH offers you an ACA compliant benefit package including company-sponsored medical insurance with multiple plans to choose from.Our MinimumEssentialCoverage is offered to every employee who does not have coverage elsewhere at no cost to youLAUNCH also offers a 401(k) program.Plus, you join the LAUNCH Loyalty Club on your first day, earning you extra cash bonuses, apparel and safety rewards.If you're ready to LAUNCH your career, you've found an employer that can take you to new heights.#J-*****-Ljbffr
