Position FunctionsControl and manage the raw material (purchased parts, equipment and tools) using quality and time standards at the lowest cost for customer requirements and the process to be carried out.Maintain and improve policies and procedures in the area, complying with the internal requirements of the company to ensure that the activities are carried out in the best way.Manage inventory control of the materials department creating analysis of delivery systems and receipts to forecast the availability of materials to generate, analyze and provide reports of standard manufacturing material.Lead continuous improvement projects by participating in the development of equipment, product and material substitute specifications to obtain dual material supply options.Manage the department budget making reports according to costs and market conditions to achieve in the financial goals of the materials area.Analyze material KPI's reports through specific reports of each material KPI's to identify any deviations and take action.Develop and train materials personnel identifying and promoting potential talent for succession and business continuity processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Administration or in a related discipline.Master's degree (Desirable).Work experience of 6 years.Management of ERP and MRP systems.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $38 al mesHorario:DiurnoLunes a viernesTurno de 10 horasTurno matutino#J-*****-Ljbffr
