We are currently seeking Bilingual Application Specialists to support a U.
S.-based Social Security Disability advocacy firm. In this role, you will assist clients throughout the disability application process, ensuring applications are completed accurately while providing compassionate and professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Guide clients through the Social Security Disability application process.
• Complete online applications accurately and efficiently.
• Ask detailed questions to gather personal and medical information required for disability benefits.
• Use multiple internal systems and web-based platforms to process applications.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism during every interaction.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. Required Qualifications
• Advanced English proficiency (required).
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, internet navigation, and common computer applications. Benefits
