Online Media & Digital Operations Manager (Remote)Industry: Christian Church - AtlantaSalary: $1,500 USD per monthWork Hours (CT): 08:30AM to 05:30PM EST | M to FLanguage Requirement: English C1+ (Fully Professional)Equipment: Must have your own laptop + high-speed internetAbout the RoleWe're looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Online Media & Digital Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the brand image, online presence, and digital communication strategy across all platforms.This role is responsible for managing websites, apps, social media accounts, and online campaigns, ensuring consistent branding, optimized performance, and creative storytelling that aligns with the organization's mission and standards of excellence.You'll coordinate with leadership and creative teams to execute digital projects, audit platforms, run paid ads, manage analytics, and maintain continuous improvement across all channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily ResponsibilitiesManage inbox tasks received before 4 PM; ensure all communications are handled efficiently.Respond promptly to calls, emails, and messages (including checking junk/spam folders).Maintain updated passwords, vendor lists, and device access codes securely.Audit online folders and verify no pending or missed edit submissions.Communicate with creative and production teams regarding graphic and video updates.Complete daily graphics projects according to urgency and track progress in the Graphics Projects List (GPL).Maintain and optimize websites with accurate metadata, SEO keywords, and content updates.Post regularly across all social media platforms at optimal times to grow organic reach.Update the organization's digital press kit and app content quarterly (April 15, July 15, October 15, January 15).Weekly ResponsibilitiesMondayConfirm message selection and priorities with leadership via email.Complete and submit the Social Media Checklist (SMC) and latest edits for review.Upload training MP3s, manage online stores, and create digital announcements via Clearstream.Update behind-the-scenes (BTS) scripts and slides for upcoming events and record approved audio content.TuesdaySubmit the weekly Worship Experience Flow & Elements Checklist for review and approval.Create, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, Eventbrite) with a CPC goal of $0.60 or less.ThursdayRecheck all social media content, updates, and edits before 6 PM MT.Send reminder email blasts for events and experiences.Friday (2nd & 4th Weeks)Audit and update all text groups, websites, and social media pages for accuracy.Verify all links, posts, and media are current across:Websites: main site, foundation, and leadership pages.Social Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Tumblr, Twitter, Google Verified, LinkedIn.Apps and text groups: leadership, events, volunteers, and outreach.Submit confirmation of updates and audits to direct leadership.Requirements3+ years of experience in online media management, digital marketing, or brand communications.Proven ability to manage websites, SEO, and online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Ads).Proficiency in social media scheduling, engagement strategies, and analytics.Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail.Excellent project management and organizational abilities.Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Reliable, professional, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.What We OfferA remote, faith-driven, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment.Creative freedom and direct collaboration with leadership.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement to Director level.A role where creativity, precision, and accountability serve a greater purpose.#J-*****-Ljbffr
