Role Summary We are hiring a part-time, commission-based Network Engineer to support Latin America opportunities with technical solution matching and pre-sales execution, and to help convert RFQs into quotations and closed B2B deals. Your mission is to: Understand customer requirements (via integrators / end users) Propose appropriate products + solution architecture with our China-based teams Employment Type: Part-time (flexible hours) Compensation Model: Commission-based (2%–4% of contract amount) Commission depends on product/deal type and contribution level. Key Responsibilities Pre-sales Technical Support & Solution Matching Analyze RFQs and project requirements (networking, data center connectivity, enterprise network). Design or assist in designing solution architectures (basic topology, BOM suggestion, compatibility notes). Work with China-based engineers/manufacturers to confirm specs, lead time, and technical feasibility. RFQ / Quotation Conversion (Sales-Oriented) Join technical calls with integrators/end users when needed; answer key technical questions and handle objections. Product Enablement & Documentation Prepare or localize basic technical materials: product highlights, deployment notes, comparison tables, FAQs. Provide partner-facing technical guidance: positioning, selection tips, and typical application scenarios. Market Feedback & Opportunity Insights Share market insights: common project specs, preferred brands, pricing expectations, and competitive landscape. Identify repeatable solution packages (e.g., data center switching, structured cabling, enterprise Wi‑Fi, security network). Qualifications Must-have 3+ years experience in network engineering / pre-sales / solution support (B2B technical products/solutions). Familiar with networking fundamentals: switching/routing concepts, VLAN, basic security, cabling & SFP/optics basics, Wi‑Fi basics. Experience supporting system integrators / engineering firms / enterprise projects. Nice-to-have Experience in data center, telecom, industrial network, electronic security network projects. Hands‑on with mainstream vendors or ecosystems. Industry certificates are a plus. Regional languages (Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese, etc.) are a plus. Commission: 2%–4% of contract amount (maximum 8%), depending on product/deal type and contribution. Performance-based operating support may be provided for active contributors (phone/transportation), aligned with local compliance.
