OverviewAbout Our ClientNuestro cliente es una organización multinacional, que se especializa en ofrecer soluciones avanzadas en el sector de ciencias de la vida.Compañía comprometida con la excelencia operativa y la innovación constante.ResponsibilitiesSupervisar y coordinar las operaciones diarias de dos plantas en el centro de México.Implementar estrategias para mejorar la eficiencia y productividad de las operaciones.Monitorear el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción y calidad.Gestionar y desarrollar equipos de trabajo.Optimizar recursos y costos operativos dentro de las plantas asignadas.Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas y estándares.Analizar e interpretar datos para tomar decisiones informadas.Colaborar con otros departamentos para alcanzar los objetivos organizacionales.QualificationsEl/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:Título universitario en ingeniería, producción o áreas relacionadas.Experiencia comprobable en la gestión de operaciones en múltiples plantas (sector salud).Conocimiento profundo del sector de ciencias de la vida.Habilidad para liderar equipos multidisciplinarios.Capacidad para implementar estrategias de mejora continua.Manejo avanzado de herramientas tecnológicas y sistemas de gestión.Inglés avanzado y español fluido.What's on OfferSalario competitivoBeneficios superiores, incluyendo LTI.Oportunidades de desarrollo profesional en una gran organización.Ambiente laboral enfocado en la innovación y excelencia.#J-*****-Ljbffr
