**Descripción del puesto**:Dar soporte en las áreas de sistemas y comunicaciones a todos los usuarios de la empresa y asegurar de mantener los equipos en óptimas condiciones**Principales funciones**:- Administrar el sistema de _tickets_ y dar soporte a las actividades de mediana complejidad- Mantener el equipo de cómputo y comunicaciones en óptimas condiciones- Administrar el equipo de cómputo y comunicaciones asignado al personal - laptops, computadoras de escritorio, monitores, teléfonos, radios, scanner, impresoras, cámaras fotográficas y video, etc.- Apoyar en los proyectos especiales- Reportar al supervisor los gastos del departamento- Salvaguardar las cartas responsivas del equipo de cómputo y comunicaciones**Educación**- Ingeniería en Informática, Computación o Sistemas**Experiência**- 3 años mínimo en puesto similar**Conocimientos**- Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipo de cómputo y comunicaciones- Soporte técnico- MS Office y Outlook - Avanzado- Windows Server básico- Administración de sistemas de almacenamiento- Internet- Ingles técnico de preferencia- Conocimiento de los procedimientos que le aplican al puesto del SGITipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: Hasta $20,****** al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horas
