**_We're proud to say we've been named one of "Super Empresas Expansión **** Top Companies"_**Charger logistics Inc. is a world- class asset-based carrier with locations across North America.With over 20 years of experience providing the best logistics solutions, Charger logistics has transformed into a world-class transport provider and continue to grow.Charger logistics invests time and support into its employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up.We are entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and support individual idea and strategies.We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of Mexicali.**English is an asset****Shift: Monday to Friday: 8am to 5 pm****Saturday (alternate): 8 am to 3 pm****Responsibilities**:- Assist and advise drivers on company information- Conduct new drivers induction, assisting drivers to get onboard and to maintain files, audit reports and renewals of driver documents.- Conduct reference checks and support onboarding of new drivers- Maintain accurate HR files and personnel records for all transport staff- Monitor license renewals, medical checks, and training certifications- Support employee relations and internal communications related to transport staff- Establish and manage proper workflow to ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports and requirements are met (trucks and drivers)- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Other Ad hoc responsibilities related to Driver Support**Requirements**:- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in logistics or transportation.- Knowledge of B1 operation regulations and fleet documentation.- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.- Familiarity with basic HR processes and recruitment workflows.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation/logistics software.- High school diploma or equivalent; HR or logistics certification is a plus.- Advanced English skills.**Benefits**Competitive pay package:- Savings fund- Healthcare Benefit Package- Food coupons- Career growth- High competitive salary- Life Insurance- We invest time and support in you to provide the room to learn, grow and work your way up.An entrepreneurially minded organization where you'll be given support and room to develop your own strategies.If this sounds like what you're looking for, then we might be the place for you._
