**Who is DigitalOnUs?**DigitalOnUs, is global SAP Cloud Application partner providing range of services - Application support and maintenance, Upgrade, Rollout, Testing to SAP customers.We currently serve 650+ SAP customers globally via our Delivery centers in Mexico and India via.dedicated 75+ SAP Consultant team.These consultants are multi-skilled across different modules/functions.**We're looking for SAP Functional Consultants**- **JOB DESCRIPTION**:The proposed role, SAP Finance Regional Process Specialists (RPS) is a leveraged FIN IT resource, with the key responsibility to integrate Finance across SAP functions.The SAP Finance RPS has to ensure, that SAP R/3 FIN processes are globally consistent, productive, effective and legally compliant.The RPS team are a central conduit for the FIN IT platform into Corporate & Regional Finance and influences corporate SAP direction and development.This role is a member of the Finance IT Team and will participate in the SAP ERP support organization tasks and projects.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** will include- Provide strong SAP Finance process and technical leadership to the Finance and Operations functions and users.- Lead the SAP FIN function with responsibility to ensure that business requirements are translated successfully into SAP R/3 system.- This includes the responsibility for SAP FIN architecture and solution design- Collaborate with and guide the Finance Function users in terms of turning their business requirements into the best possible SAP solution.- Provide SAP Regional leadership and support to the business users- Lead and participate on small / medium sized SAP expansion or value-add projects- Manage and assist with ongoing SAP stabilization and enhancement tasks- Preserve SAP data integrity and ensure adherence to corporate standards.- Manage the continued technical financial stewardship, integration and functionality of legacy information systems.- Actively support routine audits, to gather master & transactional data from FIN IT Application i.e. SAP IXOS, DART.- Facilitate the integration of new acquisitions or functionality by ensuring that all legal and financial control requirements are met.- Assist in the day to day SAP and FIN Regional operations and system processes.- Train Finance and IT teams in terms of SAP FIN skills and processes.**PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE AND****QUALIFICATIONS**:- Education - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent- 10+ Years of relevant SAP Finance Experience and expert skill set- 4+ years of leading / managing a SAP FIN function and / or team- Involvement on 1 or more SAP Implementations desirable- Technical proficiency SAP FI/CO, Order to Cash, procure to Pay plus Product Costing.- Extensive experience in supporting medium-to-large-scale SAP ERP systems and processes.- Project management skills- Advanced problem solving skills- Established and advanced capabilities with personal interactions, English oral and written communications along with the ability to network and effectively tap into the knowledge and experience of available resources.**What you can expect from us**At DigitalOnUs, what distinguishes us from other teams is the comfortable environment which engenders trust within teams and with our customers.Trust and openness leads to quality, innovation, commitment to deliverables, efficiency and cost-effectiveness for all our customers.- Work with global SAP Consultant organization- Work on different industry scenarios- Short term travel to different customer locations/country- We're growing at a phenomenal pace and we'd like some company.- Hear your voice, nurture your talent and help you strengthen your foot print- Benefits above the law
