Flo Networks is a leading provider of telecommunications services between the US and Mexico.We provide connectivity and managed services to Fortune **** companies, telecommunications, and cable companies over a fiber optic network that spans over 13,000 miles between both countries.We have an immediate need for an experienced **Network Documentation Coordinator.**This position can be based in **Ciudad Juarez or Mexico City, Mexico.****The Role**:The **Network Documentation Coordinator **is responsible for reviewing, coordinating, and assisting in the deployment of infrastructure projects in the Mexico long-haul and metro data/telecom network.**The Responsibilities**:- Register and document our network facilities using the assigned systems.- Review and update activities in the Workforce Management (WFM) system.- Assist with planning, execution, and documentation of OSP projects and ISP activities.- Assist with Infrastructure KPI/metrics monitoring.- Create dashboards for continuous metric improvement.- Provide input and ideas for the continuous process improvement development.**The Requirements**:- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred in Telecommunications, Engineering or related.- Minimum 2-3 years of prior telecommunications experience.- Knowledge of SQL Oracle, PostgreSQL, Python (Basic).- Good working knowledge of the telecommunication industry and excellent technical skills.- Experience in Fiber Networks documentation (both OSP and ISP).- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external resources.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Must be detail oriented with the ability to work within tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.- Ability to effectively work with immediate team members and other departments to achieve success at project, department, and company levels.- Fully bilingual - Spanish and English required.
